No cookies and no tracking

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it loads nothing from other websites. The fonts and images come from this website itself.

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website. To deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you asked for and the time of the request.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is secure, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processes this data for us as our processor. We do not keep our own copy of these request logs.

Cloudflare is based in the USA and runs servers around the world, so this data may be processed outside the European Union. Cloudflare's data processing addendum covers these transfers with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare is also self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Emails

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We keep your messages until your request is resolved, and then no longer than 24 months.

Cloudflare, Inc., USA, receives emails sent to our nexilia.ai addresses and forwards them to our Gmail mailbox at Google LLC, USA, where we read, answer and store them. Google is self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Cloudflare's transfers are covered as described under Hosting.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right:

to get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
to have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
to restrict how we use your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
to receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

Some of these rights apply only in certain situations.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, which you can reach through the ÚOOÚ website. You can also complain to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the infringement took place.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles personal data, we update this notice.
